Sea kayaking is one of the fastest growing outdoor activities in the UK and has really taken off in the last few years. We offer courses to those who would like to improve their paddling skills or even want to get into it. OK, you could pick up a book and start teaching yourself how to do sea kayaking. However, there is nothing better than having someone to give you the right pointers and can show you how some of those slick turns and Eskimo rolls work. At Highland Ascent we have years of experience in coaching at all levels. We have introduced many people to sea kayaking who are still splashing about in the sea. Many people have also joined some of our intermediate or 3 star courses and had a bit of an eye opener with what you can actually do with your sea kayak and not just paddle in a straight line for miles.
