Guided Hillwalking on Ben Nevis

1344 metres of rock and the highest point in the UK. You could easily figure that this is the reason why Ben Nevis is so busy on a good day. It really is just a question on how to get up there. Generally you could think of 3 ways. It could be almost compared with the spaghetti western “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly”. We are not going to say which one is what.
Pony Track
That’s the most popular way to get up Ben Nevis. It almost feels like following a dual carriage way up the hill but then again. It is the fastest and safest way to the summit.
Carn Mor Dearg Arête
This is most certainly the most exiting way to discover Ben Nevis. It also is the longest route. Don’t get fazed by it though. It’s really worth it. The views to the north face are something to remember and take some photos of. You can make out all the classic ridges fromCarn Mor Dearg and you do 2 munros instead of just one. Convinced now?
Coire Leis
Kind of between the first two walks in relation of endurance. However, it is not going to disappoint with the views and scenery. You get a close up look to the north face, walk passed the C.I.C. Hut and admire tower ridge close up. On the way down it’s easiest to pick up the highway and scoot down the Pony Track.
